Bryan Phelan became a partner at AdvanceTEC in 2007, and was elected managing partner in 2009. As managing partner, Phelan is responsible for business strategy, customer satisfaction and corporate compliance.  Phelan is directly responsible for leading the company’s sales, marketing and ultimate customer satisfaction.

Phelan has over 30 years of technology industry experience leading sales, marketing and strategic business development efforts, both domestically and internationally. His prior experience spans cleanroom design build and semiconductor production applications. Phelan began his career serving customers in design build cleanroom requirements with Liberty Industries, and later with Cleanroom Engineering Division of Cleanroom Products where he served as regional sales manager. Phelan has also held leadership positions at semiconductor process and infrastructure firms, including roles as director of North American sales at Entegris, Inc., vice president at LTX Corporation, and vice president at ReVera Corporation.

Phelan holds a B.S. in Communications from Ohio University and is a recipient of the Contribution Award from the School of Interpersonal Communication, and chaired campaigns for Students Against Multiple Scoliosis.
