Drew Fischer joined AdvanceTEC shortly after its inception in 2000.  He has held numerous leadership positions in that time, including designer, lead designer, engineering & design manager, project manager, and senior project manager.  Fischer was promoted to his current role as director of operations for the southern U.S. in 2020.  In this role, he is responsible for working closely with the project management, construction management and administration teams to drive safety, quality, project financials and overall customer satisfaction.  As a part of AdvanceTEC’s Leadership Team, Fischer has direct involvement in continuous improvement and corporate development programs.  overall project success.

Fischer brings over 20 years of experience in the cleanroom design build construction industry, including extensive technical and field experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotech, and nanotech client applications.  In addition to Fischer’s experience at AdvanceTEC, he has worked for industry providers such as IPS, Performance Contracting Inc., and Project Management Consultants, L.L.C.  

Fischer holds certifications in Procore and is OSHA 30 certified.
