Richmond, VA, July 9, 2018 – AdvanceTEC, a leader in cleanroom design, construction and process integration, today announced a significant increase of its recently announced design-build contract serving a global semiconductor equipment segment leader. The contract now includes engineering, design, 3D BIM modeling & coordination, furnish, installation, start-up, commissioning and training for mission critical high-purity process utility generation and waste abatement systems. This change marks a meaningful increase in AdvanceTEC’s scope of responsibility on this fast-track project.
According to Bryan Phelan, AdvanceTEC managing partner and director of sales, marketing and preconstruction services, “The decision to expand AdvanceTEC’s role in this critical project was based on the execution of our team to date, and the trust and confidence that we have earned as a result. At the end of the day, it’s all about turning over the facility for the client’s business plans on time, on budget, and to specification – and our increased role on the project is a clear illustration that we are well suited to achieve that.
