Richmond, VA, February 26, 2018 – AdvanceTEC, a leader in cleanroom design, construction and process integration, today announced that it has been selected to provide turn-key high purity process utility and tool install for New York University’s Rogers Hall renovation project. The renovation of Rogers Hall, the heart of the School of Engineering campus and its largest and most robust building, is a core focus of the school’s campus transformation. The overall renovation seeks to address facility limitations and factor in the requirements for future growth, including accommodating new laboratory space.
AdvanceTEC was awarded the contract due in large part to NYU’s experience with AdvanceTEC on the base build of the cleanroom. AdvanceTEC, as a part of this highly successful project, delivered quality of workmanship, high safety levels, and a transparent approach to business solutions through its strong project management, construction management and proven subcontractors. During the selection process for the latest phase of the project, AdvanceTEC showcased its technology leadership with 3D Modeling and extensive process knowledge and expertise, allowing the company to offer a comprehensive solution that met all requirements while remaining cost competitive.
“New York University sets high standards for their facilities, and AdvanceTEC is proud to be able to live up to their expectations,” noted Bryan Phelan, AdvanceTEC managing partner and director of sales, marketing and preconstruction services. “This follow-on project is a testament to our proven technology leadership, the strength of our team, and our transparent approach to doing business. We are honored to once again be a part of this important project for NYU, and to again demonstrate our ability to deliver a successful project on schedule, on budget, and to expectations for NYU.”
AdvanceTEC was awarded the contract for the Rogers Hall high purity process utility and tool install project late in 2017. The project is currently in the 3D Modeling and preconstruction phase, with the site beginning to be mobilized for construction. The project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2018 to align with NYU’s mission for the facility.
