Richmond, VA, September 23, 2020 –   AdvanceTEC, the leader in cleanroom design, construction and mission critical process integration, today announced that as a part of its AdvanceTECares Program the company is donating to the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Scholarship Fund through the ASHRAE Richmond Chapter.

AdvanceTEC’s donation will provide financial aid to students pursuing a degree in math, science, or engineering at a technical 2-year or 4-year institution. As a leader in cleanroom integration, AdvanceTEC is committed to providing educational opportunities for young professionals.  The company has established its AdvanceTECares Program to deliver on that commitment through giving back to the community, including providing students with financial aid and internship opportunities.

“This year would have been the 38th Annual BBQ Festival and Golf Outing that was the start of raising money for scholarships. Unfortunately, we had to cancel these events due to safety of the participants. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the donation AdvanceTEC has offered and a matching offer John Burton will be providing,” commented ASHRAE Richmond Chapter President Louis Hite.
