Richmond, VA, May 8, 2018 – AdvanceTEC, a leader in cleanroom design, construction and process integration, today announced that it has been awarded the turn-key design build services for cleanroom and mission critical process distribution for a global semiconductor equipment segment leader. AdvanceTEC has been contracted by the design-build Construction Manager, with direct review and approval from the client. Total investment in the overall project is reported to be in excess of $200 million. In addition to the turn-key design build of the cleanroom proper, AdvanceTEC will provide ultra-high purity process distribution and integration, including ultra-pure water distribution, chemical distribution, and waste abatement.

AdvanceTEC was selected for this project in part due to their experience in nanotechnology and poly silicon processing, as well as their track record of success working with project’s Construction Manager. AdvanceTEC also demonstrated industry leading engineering and design capabilities, including advanced BIM modeling technologies and experienced in-house resources.
