Reflection, contemplation and hindsight over the past 20 years at AdvanceTEC has led me to one fundamental principle.  What I know for sure is that I’m so proud to be surrounded by a group of great people, that ultimately are great employees.  Employees that have propelled AdvanceTEC to a preeminent position in the cleanroom industry that enables cutting edge technology in the nanotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors of the cleanroom industry. To this day, I’m still fascinated by the processes being developed and performed in the cleanroom environments we’ve built.  The constant evolution of the computer chip, and the increasing quantity of devices that require a “chip,” polysilicon production, renewable energy, wireless technology, micro LEDs, night vision optics, vaccine productions facilities, biotech clients working to cure cancer, and gene therapy companies focusing on individual disease remedies.  AdvanceTEC’s roots have spread and grown throughout the cleanroom industry, establishing a firm foundation for the company to strive for the next 20 years.

From the inception, my goal for the company was to build the best possible cleanroom that catered to specific customer needs and ultimately meeting or beating their expectations.  My parents instilled in me a diligent work ethic and the foresight to understand that anything is achievable with the right amount of education and determination.  They reinforced that effort and attitude are elements that we can control, and motivated in the right direction, it’s amazing what one can achieve.  Integrity, honesty, and the moral backbone to do what’s best for the customer has led to great success.  As with any endeavor, AdvanceTEC has experienced some adversary “bumps” along the way; however, these moments always provide an educational and learning experience for all. Never in my wildest dreams could I have projected the impact that AdvanceTEC, a small startup cleanroom design build company, would have on technological developments experienced over my lifetime. Keep in mind when I started the business, we had digital “beepers” and now we are having multi-person video conferencing as an everyday affair.

Now, what do we do as a company, a company with a proven track record for completing technically complicated projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.  We continue to learn, we continue to adapt the latest technology to keep our 3D design team and construction group at the forefront of the cleanroom industry, and we build environments for top tier customers that are changing the way we interface with the world.  Electric, autonomous vehicles will become common place in the future; however, they couldn’t be built without cleanrooms.

What will technology bring us?  Only time will tell.  What I can tell you, is that AdvanceTEC will be building cleanrooms and integrating process systems for the emerging technologies for years to come.  If you have a passion for cleanrooms, come join us for the ride.  It truly is an exciting time to be at AdvanceTEC!
